Joel & Rebecca will take away the complexities of couples dancing, making it easier and more enjoyable to learn. You will learn how to incorporate the most versatile ballroom dance style, West Coast Swing, into your dancing. No experience necessary, beginners welcome.

He will give individualized pointers & cues, and will teach various body weight exercises including the use of light weights & resistance bands. Increase your everyday functional strength. Functional strength training focuses on the muscles being used for activities and tasks performed in your everyday life. Designed for all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
