Global BBT
There has always existed a ‘Global BBT’ trustee group made up of some of the trustees of the Trusts formed by Srila Prabhupada and, after 1988, directors of BBTI. This group is the spiritual governing body of the BBT world-wide.

The Bhaktivedanta Book Trust is the world’s largest publisher of India’s classic books of spirituality. We introduce people to the teachings of Krishna consciousness, encourage and support people’s interest in those teachings, and help people understand and apply those teachings and thus progress toward the perfection of life. We serve as the official worldwide publisher for the books of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the founder and preeminent spiritual teacher of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. Both in print and in other media, we publish his books – and works by other authors – in an ever-increasing number of languages.
BBT Divisions
Each BBT division operates under licence from the Global BBT, with BBTI being the licensor. Each division is managed by a trustee who is accountable to the Global BBT.
