Purification is the aim of yoga in general, of meditation in particular'. If you're feeling tired, distracted and as if you don't have a moment to think then this yoga class can help you develop clarity of mind, more energy in your daily life and embodied joy. Grounded in classic Hatha Yoga with a focus on breath and movement flow (vinyasa), correct alignment and holding of poses, we will gradually move towards developing body awareness, concentration and breathing techniques to prepare the mind for the higher yogic practice of meditation.

Welcome! I am a movement artist and workshop leader. I've been creating performance work for over 10 years. In my work I investigate the expressive qualities of the body in performance. My daily Yoga practice is the physical and spiritual foundation for my art and life.
In my own teaching I combine elements of both Hatha and Ashtanga yoga and combine these to prepare the body and mind for meditation. I also like to include creative and energy practices for holistic well-being and joy.
I also teach private classes and Yoga Therapy sessions.
I am fully insured.
