I part exchanged my car for a nearly-new Subaru. The new car was nicely prepared and ready on time. The process was painless and old-fashioned in all the right ways - integrity, not pushy, immediately adapted to how I like to do it and frankly, quite enjoyable. Rich drove a hard bargain (that is his role after all!) but we got to a deal in the end. I had to return to get a little programming done (to change some preferences that aren't available through the touch-screen) but that was easily achieved, at no cost to me while I waited comfortably in the showroom with a coffee and used a bit of WiFi. My wife has bought Subarus and had them serviced here before and I'm pleased to join the fold!

Purchased a new Subaru from the guys at Unity. These guys really know there stuff and couldn’t have been more helpful! Perfect service from start to finish without the usual pushy sales techniques. They make a great brew too.. Be nice and you may even get a biscuit!

To say this was the first time either I or the garage (I believe – certainly Lauren and James: who I dealt with) had delved into the intricacies of a Motability lease – from the customer service/garage side, things could not have gone better: and I now have a wonderful and shiny (but probably not for long, considering the local roads) Subaru sitting on my drive! They were both incredibly helpful and patient – even when certain aspects of the lease (which were not their fault, in any way; and which they tried their very best to resolve) went a little awry! And I would therefore not hesitate in recommending them at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable – and with the patience of saints! Thank you to you both!
