Online payments are not closing the invoice
This past week, payments had by customers online are not closing the sales invoice. Is this a known glitch? The payment receipt / confirmation that the customer receives shows the merchant fee as being deducted. There seems to be something wrong with the online payment function, I had a customer pay an invoice with a master card, the surcharges where applied and charged to her account but then it listed a merchant fee 25c charged to me which I've never seen before, and I checked all my other master card payment receipts. Is this a glitch in the system related to the new switch for BPAY? Either way, the total money received now doesn't match my invoice, making it impossible to reconcile without altering the invoice. Not what I should have to do. I expect all the surcharges to passed onto my client, without that I no choice but to stop using your online payment system and rely on bank transfers. Small businesses can not carry these extra fees! Anyone come across this? Payment receipt also look different which is strange, both where master card payments. Good evening everyone, Does MYOB still have a phone number we can call for tech support or is it all online now? We have had an email support request active since 14th May, received a reply on 20th May, received request for additional information 21st May and heard nothing since. The MOCA system is not able to fix this issue, we have tried and had no success. I am almost at the end of my patience and seriously considering changing to another option for our accounting system. MYOB- please note that the update made in relation to online payments does not work and needs to be changed back to how it was. We did not have this issue prior to the change in way you process the online payments. Any MYOB tech support personnel on here? Feel free to message or email, me. I am the administrator and recently changed my email address and after making the change in MYOB I am now unable to log in as it wants to link my new email to the administrator and is asking for a password which I do not believe I have ever had one and there is no option to say "forgot password". I have put in a request to MYOB but have not had a successful reply. I have been unable to raise any invoices and now am unable to process payroll.
