The Valley Beit Midrash and Congregation Or Chadash lecture featuring Rabbi Sharon Brous that was scheduled for Sunday evening at the Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center has been rescheduled.
She will now present “Moral Conundrum Ahead: What if All This Mattered?” 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, at the Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center, 12701 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale.
Sharon Brous is the founding rabbi of IKAR, an egalitarian Jewish community in Los Angeles. In 2013, she was named the most influential rabbi in the U.S. by Newsweek and sits on the faculty of the Hartman Institute-North America, Wexner Heritage and Reboot. She is also a rabbinic adviser to American Jewish World Service and Bend the Arc.
