This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about the services we provide, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates.
If you would like to register with us please bring your current NHS medical card to the practice. If you are unable to find this card we can still register you using forms held at the surgery.
Safety measures in the practice from 10th June 2022
Guidance has recently been updated for PPE in the Practice as follows;
- Patients with respiratory symptoms who are required to attend for emergency treatment should wear a facemask/covering, if tolerated, or offered one on arrival.
- All other patients are not required to wear a facemask unless this is a personal preference.
If you have a personal preference to wear a face mask please continue to do so or ask for one at reception. Clinicians will also exercise this right to continue with PPE.
Pharmacy First
Our practice is working closely with local pharmacists to provide consultations for certain minor health conditions. This will apply to seven common Ailments and the Reception team WILL refer you to your local Pharmacy for;
EARACHE
URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS
SINUSITIS
INFECTED INSECT BITES
IMPETIGO
SHINGLES
Following your CONSULTATION WITH THE PHARMACIST, with your consent, they will let us know what happened to make sure your medical record is updated. #PharmacistConsultation #NHS
