IF FEDEX determines they delivered to your address we are not liable for your order. If you are concern about delivery to an apartment or other address please choose in store Pick Up.

REMINDER!! Items on back order does NOT mean the item is cancelled. Your back order will be processed once the item is in stock. If you wish to cancel an item on back order, you must contact the bookstore to avoid being charged. Refund/Exchange policies will apply for all processed orders.

Any orders not picked up at the end of the semester will be donated. Please note: if you have received an email informing you your order is ready for pick up, your order has already been charged/processed and the refund policy will apply.
