Preventing Migraines Through
Daily Coaching and Nutrition

One on One Nutritional Coaching and Education

Did you know?

According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, migraines affect greater than 10% of the population.1 Neurotransmitter deficiencies, in particular serotonin deficiency, are a key factor to many pain and mood conditions such as migraine, depression, anxiety, insomnia, fibromyalgia, weight management, celiac disease, compulsive disorders, and other health issues.

Dynamic Health Resources is a migraine prevention empowerment service. Through dietary coaching, supplementation, and customized, respectful education, our team seeks to help individuals manage, and often alleviate, symptoms that are associated with serotonin deficiency.

What is Serotonin?

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter.
Neurotransmitters are cell to cell communicator chemicals that are used to relay, amplify and modulate signals between a neuron and another cell.
Serotonin is produced in the body from amino acids.

If your body does not have enough serotonin, your blood vessels will over dilate out of control. That is what we believe is the cause of most migraines.
Abrupt loss of serotonin may "trigger" migraines.
Understand what contributes to your loss of serotonin and you may better understand what may lead to a migraine.
