            Bought this Extended Warranty from AUL through Premier Auto in *********** when I purchased my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 on 4-29-23. Started having 4X4 issues in December 23, took it to ******* Motors in ******* who did an inspection (no complaint against ******* Motors) and thought it was the 4X4 actuater ... they didn't dig deep enough. Now the axel and several other parts need to be replaced and AUL is refusing to cover any costs, stating pre existing condition. This is green horse apples, on one knows what caused the problem, AUL is just looking for an out on covering the cost. Called there 1 ******************************************* to a Life Alert Bracelet sales pitch and then hung up. This is crap!

            In 2021, I purchased the best warranty possible when I bought my vehicle. I had some work done last year at the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. One of the issues was my center console. Apparently AUL paid the dealership to replace it, but the dealership never did as they supposedly couldn't get the part. They said they didn't invoice AUL for the item, AUL just paid them for it. I now want to take my vehicle elsewhere to get this problem fixed and AUL won't cover, it as they already paid for it... I fail to see how this is now my issue when AUL messed up. I've spent hours on the phone with AUL and got nowhere. The last call was the rudest phone rep I have ever talked to. I have no idea as to why AUL paid the dealership for a service that wasn't done and now it's my responsibility to fix it. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer and has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
