Winter Wedding!
I am not a big fan of snow, but it sure did create a beautiful wedding backdrop for Lisa & Kelvin's special day! The small chapel at CPRI in London, Ontario was such a cute place, and added such great detail to this romantic day. Lisa looked absolutely gorgeous in her exquisite gown, and Kelvin (who, by the way, is much more used to the temperatures of the Barbados), braved the cold and was one dapper looking guy!
The day started out with Lisa's preparations - look at her beautiful smile!
And from there, to the chapel we went, where Kelvin was patiently waiting!
We all decided that, no matter how cold it was, such a beautiful backdrop created by Mother Nature, could not be wasted! I think they did a wonderful job hiding how cold they were. I was wearing two pairs of gloves and my fingers were still cold!
Doesn't this place look like a magical fairytale?
Then, from one magical place to another! If you have been to the London Club, I don't have to tell you what a beautiful place it is.
And, oh yes...the yummy cupcakes! Congratulations to Lisa & Kelvin...and thank you for letting me be part of your day. I enjoyed every second of it!!

Ringing in the New Year with a Bundle of Joy!!
What a perfect way to start off the New Year! Little baby Keatyn was born on New Year's Eve day, late in the afternoon...talk about waiting 'til last minute! In these photos, Keatyn is 3 and a half days old (imagine being so young you can count half days!!), and what a good baby girl she was already!! She was such a good little poser, and mom & dad were bubbling over with pride, just as they should be! In the beginning of the session Keatyn was wide awake and bright eyed, but we tuckered her out and finished off with some sleepy shots! What a treat to have Keatyn, Katie & Adam in the studio...I just keep loving my job!

Little Princess...
I had another beautiful visitor come in the studio! This little doll just celebrated her first birthday, and what a delight she was! Check out those little cheeks! It was so fun (and easy) to dress her in as many pink and frilly things as we could. It was pretty easy to tell she had daddy wrapped around her little finger and that she's mom's princess! I had such a great time with this little family!

Zoey, Dakota & Cohen visit the CI Studio!
I once again had the sweetest little munchkins visit my studio! I had so much fun with these three! The girls were full of energy (in a good way!!), were very entertaining, and baby Cohen was so sweet. Check out those adorable cheeks! It's photo sessions like this that keep me loving my job!

On location at Westland Greenhouses...
Wow...what an awesoome location for a photo shoot...a greeenhouse! I could not have asked for better lighting, and the colours were beautiful! What an awesome family to work with, as well! Paul and Anita and their four kids were so much fun, and it was nice to see them take a break from their usual hard working schedule. I was in total awe of the thousands of Anthuriums blooming around me - I could have stayed all day! (check them out at www.westlandgreenhouses.com )

Ready for Santa...
I love this time of year...I miss the days when my girls' eyes would light up and sparkle at the sight of Santa in the mall - it was always totally worth the wait in line for pictures. That was the best part of Christmas for me - true magic! Times change, of course, but there are still so many things I love about Christmas! Now I also get so much joy from watching other children with Santa, and on this particular day, Jaime & Ryan came into my studio to practice seeing Santa. I love all the Christmas colours in these photos, and of course, most of all, my two oh-so-cute subjects!!
