Report the move to Posten and the National Register at the same time. We've made it super easy! You only need to do it once, and it will be registered in both places. Please do so as soon as you know the date of the move.
Ordered the wrong size?
If you have a return address label, you can stick this in the middle of the package and it is ready to be sent. Choose whether you want to send from your letterbox, a parcel box or deliver to Posten.
Import duties
From January 1, 2024, the authorities will abolish the 350-kroner limit. This means that you have to pay import duties from the first krone on most of what you buy from abroad. The new rules largely mean that foreign online shops will collect the value added tax (VAT) immediately when you shop and pay for the goods.
