The Mayanot Men’s Program is a dynamic and intellectually stimulating program for men from diverse Jewish backgrounds who come together to learn, explore and discover.
Thousands of men from across the globe have attended Mayanot to experience its unique skill-building methodology in advanced study of the Talmud, Jewish Law, and Chassidut.
Mayanot's curriculum is revolutionary, encompassing both the broad intellectual and spiritual dimensions of Jewish learning. Mayanot encourages students to question, challenge, and explore thousands of years of Jewish wisdom and apply it to contemporary society.
Students develop the confidence and leadership skills they need to return home empowered, to become ambassadors in their home communities, or college campuses, representing the Jewish people, Israel and our unique values.
The Mayanot Synagogue, founded in 1998, unites local olim, students from abroad and Israelis in shared communal prayer and celebration. The synagogue is located in the popular Nachlaot neighborhood of Jerusalem, a vibrant community which is considered by many as the crossroads of intellectual learning and spirituality.
The Mayanot Synagogue plays a unique role in the fabric of Jerusalem life, offering rich and diverse opportunities for Jewish prayer, expression, learning, and community building. With its energetic and lively songs, the Friday night services are a destination for tourists from around the world. Today, it is among the most diverse synagogues in Jerusalem. Synagogue programs include: lectures and classes, daily prayer, Shabbat and Holiday services, community projects, social events, and much more.
