Are your expansions compatible with my MPC model?
Simply check the ‘Technical Specifications’ box on the expansion’s product page; if your MPC model is listed then we guarantee 100% compatibility with that MPC model. Unless otherwise stated, compatibility is based on the assumption that you are running the latest official firmware/software available for your MPC model.
If you are unsure of the compatibility of any of our products, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Are your sound packs royalty free?
Yes, all our sound packs are 100% royalty free. Once you’ve purchased an expansion or samplepack you can use those sounds within a musical composition and no further payments will ever be required. Please see our Sound Licence for full details.
What payment options do you offer?
We use Paypal for all our online ordering, with support all major credit and debit cards (no Paypal account is needed).
The entire checkout process is fully encrypted using secure SSL technology, and Paypal handle all payment authorizations; we never see your card details and they are never kept on file.

What personal information do you collect during checkout?
We only ask for your name (and business name if relevant), email address and billing country; we do not collect or store your payment details (all payment details are handled securely by Paypal).
Your details are only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order unless you specifically request to be added to our mailing list during checkout, in which case you will receive the occasional email with news of our latest releases and offers (each email we send contains a 1-click unsubscribe link). How do I download my products after purchasing?
After you have bought your products you will instantly be presented with your download links in your 'File Bank'. You will also receive a copy of your download links via email.
To download, simply click the download link and your file will download to your device (read our MPC Support Guides for more details on downloading and installing our products). You can re-download your products at any time and if you lose them in the future, simply come back, log in and download them again. Our download links don’t expire over time.
I want to download my product to my phone, is this possible?
Yes, these days Android and iPhone operating systems are all able to download and open zip files. If you’ve purchased an ebook, check out our ebook installation article for full step-by-step instructions which includes instructions for transferring our ebooks to all popular devices including computers, tablets, smartphones, Kindles and iPads.
How do I transfer my expansions to my MPC?
Please check out our main MPC technical support page where you’ll find installation articles for all MPC models. But if you need more assistance, please contact us for advice.
How do I download my order receipt?
You can download a copy of your order receipt from within your File Bank, under the ‘Order History’ section. You will also receive a transaction receipt directly from Paypal. We do not collect billing address information during checkout, so if you’d like to have these or any other additional billing details added to your receipt please contact us and we’ll be happy to send you an updated version.
