The NYC Rent Guidelines Board is pleased to offer the newest edition of our annual publication, Housing NYC: Rents, Markets and Trends 2017. With the most recent statistics on economic trends; changes in the housing supply; owner revenues and costs; multifamily mortgages; and tenant income and affordability, Housing NYC is a extensive collection of research on the state of New York City's rental housing market. On June 27, 2017, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board adopted renewal lease guidelines for rent stabilized apartments, lofts and hotels effective October 1, 2017.

You may view and download the Orders and Explanatory Statements detailing the recently enacted, current and previously issued guidelines for apartments, lofts and hotels in the Rent Guidelines section of our website.
