Welcome to the world of Fenix

The recording studio nestled beside the medieval Abbey in the small village Varnhem, ideally placed between Gothenburg and Stockholm. 15 minutes from Skövde central station.

Easily accessible yet beautifully located in inspiring and secluded surroundings. 

Fenix- One of Scandinavias larger and most well-equipped recording studios with well renowned acoustics. Designed by Ingemar Olsson at Audio Data Lab and Chris Walls  at
Level Acoustic Design.

In the spacious building there are two studios, a large control-room, editing room, a large welcoming lounge. 

There is a guest house across the street and several hotels within 15 min drive.

Catering can be arranged.

In 2021 we upgraded our old console to a Rupert Neve Design 5088. An 80-channel, Class-A 100% analog console

And of course Miro´ - head of spare-time activities and inspirational cuddling
