I have clients worldwide, and there shouldn't be an issue as long as communication is good and consistent. I use apps like GitHub Projects, Airtable, Miro, Zoom and Microsoft Teams to manage projects.

Web design is not just about looking pretty...

Coming from a graphic design and web design background, I like to focus on a good user experience that includes frequently evaluating and optimising store page speed.

I follow Baymard Institutes UX best practices and refer to their research data on every ecommerce web design project. And I also use tools like UsabilityHub and HotJar to back up my design ideas.

Designing for the web, not only involves creating a useful website but is about creating an experience that helps to engage the target audience and increase sales and conversion.

Every element of the website is analysed for performance:- whether it's in the correct location and if the user understands how it works or where to find it and whether it makes sense.

I still work with the same clients today that I worked with over ten years ago. I believe in keeping good relationships with all clients and completing all projects honestly and professionally to the highest standards.

I have been working with Ketan for many years on various projects. We have several businesses in the UK including a large retail site. Ketan originally created the site for me (and all my other sites) and has maintained and enhanced it over the past 13 years. As our needs changed and developed Ketan was able to modify the site to meet our needs in a very timely and stress free way. I have never been disappointed or let down. He has always managed to deliver, and usually with bells and whistles attached. We were doing things with our bespoke website that you could only have achieved by buying into the much larger packages, and early on we couldn't afford that. Later, when perhaps we could, I still valued the flexibility working with Ketan brought to our business.
