I've been a proud member of Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC for four years, and their $19.95/month club membership has proven to be a worthwhile investment. The team comes to my house three times a year to perform comprehensive tune-ups on my Air Conditioning, Furnace, water heater, and plumbing system.

Their thorough maintenance routine typically takes about 2 hours, during which they diligently check and fine-tune everything. I appreciate the commitment to keeping my home systems running smoothly and efficiently. It's reassuring to know that regular maintenance might also contribute to prolonging the lifespan of these crucial components.

My heater quit working last week. I did what I could by changing the batteries in the thermostat, and even buying a new thermostat. I finally decided it was time to call in the professionals. Service Master's scheduled a technician the following day. Unfortunately, it started to rain before he got here (my unit is on the roof) so they had to reschedule for today. Leandro showed up and put on covers over his shoes before entering the house. He carefully checked out my unit. The circuit board kept giving different signals. Due to my unit being almost 15 years old, he did not have a circuit board for my unit with him. However, he was able to pick one up and bring it back and install it. I have heat again! I am so happy with Service Champions!!!

The service was excellent! The technician was timing and very informative. The quality was on point. I am thoroughly pleased.

I just canceled my membership with this company . I have very mixed feelings about them. First , most of the workers they send are very respectful and courteous and usually on time for the most part . The pricing however is where you lose me . Pricing is insanely high , I was quoted once for a new laundry box $2000. They replaced the duct work for a price I'm too ashamed to admit how much we paid and an "air scrubber " which is basically just a blue light . I'm sorry but I feel like I was duped on this . The workers are cool but too quick to tell you something needs to be replaced . And lastly , this is minor but a young lady I spoke to about canceling my membership yesterday gave me attitude which I do not appreciate because everyone else I usually talk to is respectful . I was torn between giving two stars but I felt two is too low. But not deserving of a four star. It's decent service but too pricey . And other issues here and there .

Raymond Elliot serviced my furnace today. He was very thorough, informative, courteous and professional. Ray educated me on how the system works and how necessary good ductwork is for the system. I highly recommend him. So, ask for Ray if you need or A/C or furnace serviced by Service Champions.

I just had a new heating/air conditioning unit installed and want to commend all the people involved, especially Paulo and and his partner who's name I, regretfully, did not write down, for the awesome job they did!! They worked through the heavy rain, inside and out, to complete the job in just 2 days. And to top it off, I had absolutely no clean up in my basement!! Thank you to Hayron and Lucas, as well who covered all the details of the purchase and timeline for the installation!! Thank you all at Service Champions for the excellent work!!

I forget about maintaining the furnace, so it was a dirty job. After the cleaning, the heat came out 9 degrees warmer! Thanks for the great work, Austin! I signed up for the subscription maintenance so I won't let it get that bad again.

Brandon did a great job. He was very helpful and has a good personality. I've been with Service Champions for over 7 years, now and never have I experienced an organization that is at this level of professionalism. Their technicians are very thorough and knowledgeable. They even offer to help each customer with tasks unrelated to their visits. In Brandon's case, he helped me with my tire on my bike! Thanks Brandon! I have the bi-yearly service package which includes: a free "comprehensive" service visit twice a year, discounts on any necessary parts needed for your unit, 24 hour emergency service, just to name a few. In my opinion, it is well worth the $19.95 a month.
