It works - sometimes. Given the price point of our "Custom" series tub I expected more. The design is really bad and sometimes it just doesn't work even though I can access the tub from the web site. We really deserve better both in the app and on the web site. Update 10-31-2021 They made a fix and now it's working on Android 14. Thanks for the quick action. It's still lacking in functionality.

Biggest issue. Connection issues. Most the time I can't connect Next issue..this app looks like it was built by a 2 year old. The user interface looks awful, and operates poorly. I was expecting a very high quality, top of the line app... especially if I spend 15k on a hot tub. Artic spas needs to invest a big portion of their profits and get a professional app developer and also someone that can design a proper looking, high end user interface.

It works, then it doesn't. The UX is poorly designed. They took the old-school panel UI and turned it into an app without leveraging the newer technology. I should be able to select the color of the lights instead of having to push the button repeatedly until I get the desired setting. What does the EZ button do? It turns everything on. Why does it not just say its function? Also, you have to click twice to engage (the same # of clicks to do it with the other buttons). Poor customer support.
