It was a very nice work together with LSI in Lund; I am taking about KP Brasserie, the French Restaurant in the old building of The Royal Postoffice in Malmö. The maincontrator for this building is PEAB, Malmö. hofv2 was subcontractor to LSI in Lund.

idag har jag årsrekord  2013 på min blogg, riktigt roligt att så många i Sverige följer hofv2´s blogg, men även utomlands har vi många läsare.

Det kan bli en intressant restaurang, med tanke på att kallköket är ute i publik del, så man kan välja om man ser något gott!

Det har blivit  inne och trendigt, att se kockarna jobba fram rätterna. Det finns en lycka hos kunden att se sin rätt tillagas på distans men ändå så man får en inblick i köket.

The 12th of July 2013 Orrefors and Åfors glass mills closed down.  Now we know nothing about the future of Swedish glass. It has kept it running for any future purchaser of the mill, but now they have apparently given up hope.

Ingegerd Råman, glass designer are now working as a freelancer,  for Skrufs Glass mills. Orrefors Glass mills have been too large.  They have had great brands and believed that it would protect them forever.

The Swedes have a very special relationship with glass, for many of us a have both parents, grandparents who had and had a great tableware with glasses, expensive glasses from Orrefors and Kosta.
Many have just as I was and looked in glass mills and see how clean and clear the Swedish  glass is, in relation to the rest of the worlds glasses.

Skruf Glas Museum, since 1897

I drove through Skruf in Småland by car in 2010 and I must say that I was deeply moved, it was very quiet and deserted and I hope that the glass mill can best develop again.

Me and my husband have 2 pcs of Älghults snapsglas from Skruf, very nice, produced about ca 1990?
