Date and Time: June 4th, 2024, 5:30 AM UTC to 8:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hours and 30-minute maintenance window.

What to expect:GoToMyPC customers may not be able to initiate sessions for a 5 minute period during the maintenance window. GoToMyPC sessions that are already in progress will not be impacted.

Resolved - We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our system to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We have a workaround in place for Online devices only. Go to Properties and click on Connect to this Computer to start a new remote session
