From blank to blade in one machine
The SGM-310 manufactures strait or curved blades with straight, universal or three phase (Japanese) toothing.
It grinds the teeth and delivers a finished blade. The tooth cutting angle can be 0-45 degrees.
Driven by the latest servo technology and controlled by a modern PLC it produces saw blades automatically with a capacity of 2-3 blades per minute.


Integrated flexibility with full control
The SGM-310 offers the user a unique combination of low cost per blade, high output and a high degree of flexibility.
The HMI features the simplest, smartest conversational recipe programming complete with monitoring, diagnostics and a service wizard. The control panel features easy adjustments, free programmable feed, quick recipe recall and automatic self compensating dressing system. Setup time between different blades is very short.
Blades with the same tooth type within 3-5 minutes and between tooth types 10-15 minutes.

The DDW-100 dressing wheels are custom made to the highest standards to ensure a state of the art grinding result. The dressing wheel is normally made from a profile drawing but it can also be made from a physical saw blade sample. The sample is measured in a digital measuring machine. The BSM-210 is controlled by a PLC which enables quick and accurate adjustments and free programmable feed. Setting depth is individually adjusted for each side of the blade using two adjustment knobs. The blade is fed through the machine by a servo driven feeder finger which never touches the tooth tip or gullet. The finger is lifted from the blade on the return stroke. The BSM-210 is equipped with a single-sided clamping jaw for maximum setting speed. Blade height is adjusted by an adjustment wheel. The machine can be equipped with different types of coilers depending on the size of the blades. The Deventech BCU-100 Series comprise coiler solutions for a wide range of applications.


Easy adjustments
The BCU-100 Series is designed to coil band and bow saw blades in a safe and reliable way. It ranges from simple undriven coilers to advanced syncronized and PLC controlled coiling solutions. All units can be delivered in both coiling and decoiling versions with or without tension controller. Thanks to the modular design they can be equipped with a wide range of optional accessories allowing it to be used in a variety of applications. Coiling can be done CW or CCW either from the inside or from the outside of the blade coil. The height and the tilt angle of the coiler disc is adjustable.
The coiler disc is held by a rigid hub with double spherical roller thrust bearings for maximum stability and life. Maximum load is 160 kg for the light load series and 300 kg for the medium load series. High load capacity coilers available upon request.

A multi-purpose machine
The BSU-100 Series is designed to coil band saw blades from coiler to coiler with one or more processes in between. Straightening, shearing, measuring and welding units are some of the processes that can be integrated in the platform. It can also be delivered as free standing units. All band coils are covered in a safe and reliable way during the coiling process. It ranges from simple undriven coilers to advanced synchronized and PLC controlled coiling solutions.
Coiling can be done CW or CCW on both coilers. The guides on the band track can easily be adjusted to the optimal height. The coiler disc is held by a rigid hub with double spherical roller thrust bearings for maximum stability and life. Maximum load is 300 kg for the medium load series. Higher load capacity coilers can be offered upon request.
