At the University of Bratislava I was given the opportunity to lecture on graphs. This was part of an English course given to students with a technical profile in their studies.
Here are the slides used in my lecture. Included are also a few that were not in my presentation but could still be of interest.
I also urged the student's to search Youtube for Hans Rosling . Here is a direct link for one of his presentations. Be sure that there is more to be found.
Quite many of Hans Rosling's graphs are available for downloading, visit www.gapminder.org
You can produce graphs using the Gapminder software from your own data, but then you need to open an account with Google. www.gapminder.org has more.
