Have you ever had to provide a certain number of gigabytes of data to use a service on the Internet, but did not wish to share your whole hard drive?
With this program you can create files of arbitrary size, which makes no sense except for taking up space in your directory.
The files are created for real and take up actual space, so it requires that there is space on your hard disk for the files.
