Disclaimer & Considerations

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor. The advice here is what I did to get well. I am not sure which things worked, but I believe they all helped. I believe that every case of MCS and every body is different, so use caution and common sense, Consult your doctor. I consulted mine (and 6 more), all I got was a blank stare and a referral to an allergist. MCS is not ‘allergies’. If you can afford a good doctor or have  a good doctor, that is wonderful. You are probably here searching the net because that has not worked for you or you may not have insurance. I don’t think any doctor can get you well. If you have a chronic illness, getting well usually takes a lot of work. I would feel really bad if someone used my info and got sick. Treat yourself carefully and don’t do anything that you don’t have a good feeling about. I believe the body has an intelligence and will give you clues. Do your own research before following anyone’s advice.

Everything posted here I have read from a number of  reputable places and from many people’s experience. Over-detoxing or detoxing without supporting the elimination of toxins with Water, Sauna, Colonic, Epsom Salts Bath, or  Enema, can possibly make you sicker.  You want them to go out, not to another organ, which can happen if you just take a bunch of detox supplements or juice fast.!  Don’t over do your protocols. I believe you need to take breaks from most  supplements or protocol.
Herbs and supplements are a medicine of sorts. It changes your body chemistry. I have never had any problems, but over-doing something or if you are very very sensitive could have adverse effects. I don’t put protocols that I think might be dangerous here. There are a few iffy things I have done that I won’t recommend. They seemed to work for me, but I don’t want to be responsible for anyone getting hurt!

I would NEVER buy supplements from little websites promising anything. Stick to National reputable brands and avoid crap from China re-branded to look organic and hand-crafted, unless you have properly investigated the company. Lots of products like Young Living Oils swear they are the most pure, but are organic. I like ‘Certified Organic’.
