About the position
Our Client is currently recruiting for a highly result oriented and analytical Business Control Manager. This position is based in Stockholm and reports to the EVP, Finance.
As Manager for Business Control you main responsibilities include joint responsibility with Financial Controller for the BA reporting, forecast, target process as well as follow-up, analysis and clear explanations and comments regarding actual results, forecasts and targets. The role also includes project office follow-up, including turnaround. Performance management, including KPI development and being the driver of the Net Working Capital efficiency are also assigned this position. Furthermore the Manager, Business Control is responsible for the Group Business Result (Profitability) follow-up and Management and development of the business control staff.
You will be a memeber of the BA finance team.
This role requires an ability to travel 25-35% of the time as needed.
Your profile
The preferred candidate has an MBA ( in Finance or similar degree) and a solid understandig of business drivers for profitability and capital efficiency, 2-5 years experience in business control at an operational unit level and 2-5 years of experience working with result consolidations. We also expect the candidate to have management experience. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is i prerequisite. Other languages are an advantage.
The candidate is expected to be driven and to possess strong analytical skills. The preferred candidate can work independently and have an analytical approach and good ability to prioritize, organize and plan his/her work in an efficient manner. The candidate we are looking for is also business oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and also has the ability to take a holistic point of view. An interest in working with improvements, both in his/her own way of working and in the processes of business control is important, as are the communicative skills and knowledge in how to create team spirit in the close environment.
