Phoned twice on hold for 50 minutes to only be cut off twice by call handler before I could speak but I could hear them. Used their digital service which was a waste of time. Very slow in their reply back to your questions. They only want to know the colour and description of your car and only tell you to see your dealer dispite you saying you have had issues with them before. I asked if I could speak to someone directly but they just appear to ignore this. I ended the call as it was just going round and round. Appalling service no help at all.

VW customer care is absolutely horrible. I have a car that has been broken since day one and over a year I am still dealing with issues with it. They skirt the issues by saying that their equipment cannot find the problem therefore they cannot fix it and therefore it is not a lemon. My lawyer says otherwise. Under no circumstance should you ever buy a Volkswagen because they manufactured junk and they do not stand behind it. Buyer beware you will regret it.

On hold forever. No answers. No recommendations of someone who could actually help.

Putting our family member's lives in danger asking that we not allow anyone in the front passenger seat because of a faulty wire and airbag failure! Additionally, there's a "fix" to another recall regarding the tire sensors and yet they failed to fix it. The refusal to take responsibility and focus solely on the almighty dollar has put our family having to find alternative transportation and also struggling with how to proceed knowing the added unknowns and lack of support.

Low country VW in Charleston SC had repeatedly failed to satisfy. I've been a loyal customer since 2019. 3 times in the last year they have failed to disappoint.

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Avoid VW Parkway Leicester like the plague.

Once they have your money, the customer service is beyond appalling. I purchased a Caddy van from the van centre in Leicester eight months ago. The sales process was fantastic. The van was only two years old but has had ongoing issues as the starter motor is faulty. I have had to call VW breakdown Assist six times within the last two months and last week, VW refused to look at it after it was booked in months in advance purely because I asked to escalate a complaint after having days of my time wasted due booking errors by the incompetent staff in aftersales.

In response to my request to make a formal complaint, I was told to leave and take my van elsewhere if I had a problem. I have had days of my time wasted by this dealership with MOT errors, service mistakes and incorrect information logged during calls. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to commence legal proceedings due to all my losses incurred.

Having read some of the other reviews, it's very apparent that I'm not the only customer to have been subjected to this conduct. The two women who work in aftersales named Celine (front desk) and Charlotte Cane have the most unbelievable attitudes...the latter being a manager apparently. She told me to leave the dealership after I asked to speak to her to escalate my complaint. Her way of dealing with a unhappy customer is to raise her voice and state it's tough luck if you're not happy with the service. Those females are happy to sit there and giggle away while customers have their entire day wasted waiting for them to rectify their continuous errors...I've never experienced disrespect or arrogance like it. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using any Parkway VW dealership following this experience. I have ample evidence to present in court and I am actually looking forward to publicising my case in order to warn others who could potentially fall into the same trap. They have got away with robbing customers for long enough.

I also escalated my complaint to the Regional Sales Manager Wayne Michael and requested he listen to the threatening calls made by the staff from this branch and to view the footage from my visit where they refused to work on my vehichle after I asked to escalate my complaint, a van which I purchased from them and is still covered under warranty. He failed to investigate the matter but fortunately I have all the conversations recorded which highlight all the lies and shocking staff conduct. Making a complaint is clearly a sore subject at this dealership and they will have you out of the door to ensure it doesn't happen.

It's absolutely unbelievable that this branch remains operational and its clear that it's soley down to the fact that they are prepared to cover up for each other from the top down. I've never experienced blatant lies and corruption like it. Avoid VW Parkway at all costs or be prepared to lose some serious money on your purchase, along with having abuse hurled at you from the riff raff that you have to deal with in aftersales.

Dear Volkswagen,
I have wanted to purchase an EV for several years now, and after watching hundreds of YouTube videos, listening to countless podcasts and conducting all manner of internet research, I had concluded that the iD4 Pro S might be the perfect vehicle for me.
But...I was terrified. In fact, I had nearly placed an order on-line more times than I can remember, but my questions and fears proved insurmountable and I could not "pull the plug" and make it happen.
That is...until that cold Saturday on January 14th, when I stepped into Northampton VW (MA) and was greeted by Eric Barrera and his sunny smile. Eric instantly made me feel at ease with his friendly disposition, taking the time to listen to my disorganized ramblings and seeking to really hear and understand my needs. He clearly was also exceptionally well-versed in the technology and particular features of the iD4, and provided answers to my many, many questions. Perhaps more importantly, Eric never made me feel pressured at any time throughout the experience.
After test driving an iD4 and his stellar introduction to the product, Eric was attempting to assist me place an order for a 2023 iD4 when he received a message from VW that he had not seen before: "no additional orders for the iD4 were being accepted." Naturally I was instantly filled with regret that I had missed my window of opportunity, but Eric assured me he would use every resource at his disposal to identify a vehicle meeting my specs, and promised to call me when he had.
I had originally anticipated waiting many months for Eric to locate a vehicle, so imagine my great surprise when I received a phone call Monday morning informing me that a vehicle meeting my criteria had just been delivered to the dealer. The next day I came into the dealership and signed the requisite paperwork and loan documents, and had every expectation that I would be driving my new car before the end of the week.
When Eric telephoned the following day I expected to hear that my vehicle was ready. Instead, Eric regretfully informed me that the vehicle I had "purchased" the previous day was actually a rear wheel drive, and he had remembered that I had been very specific about wanting an all-wheel drive. He urged me not to worry...that he thought there might be another delivery within the week that would be the trim I wanted.
Even as Eric explained this to me that morning I remember feeling excessively grateful for this rare example of honesty and integrity. Since I had already signed the paperwork, and that car with that VIN had been insured in my name, I wondered how much easier might it have for been for someone less scrupulous to ignore this pesky detail? In reality, how long might it have taken me to discover the truth? Having never owned an EV, might I have simply taken ownership and thought only "these EVs suck in the snow!"? By the time I discovered my car was in fact a rear wheel drive, Eric might have made any number of excuses (i.e., that he had told me the car was rear wheel drive when he hadn't, or that I had not been clear about this detail when I had).
Simply put, Eric did the right thing, even when the right thing was hard to do...and I was blown away!
The conclusion to my rambling "love letter" is just this:
1. I am now a proud EV owner and that is a really big deal to me;
2. I have confidence in the quality of my new vehicle and am already thrilled with its performance (although the lack of essential infrastructure and reliable high speed charging is an entirely different story!); and, most importantly:
3. I have what feels like solid trust in Northampton Volkswagen.
And undeniably, I have Eric to thank for these literally transformative outcomes!
The iD4's performance and excellent reviews may have first captured my attention and brought me through the door that day, but it was Eric's patient approach, belief in the product and unimpeachable integrity that sealed the deal!
I had expected to receive some invitation from VW to complete a survey related to my recent purchase, and if one had come I would have rated my experience as superlative in every regard. When no such survey presented itself I nevertheless felt I must express my very high opinion for Eric's outstanding skill and for his unique role in bringing my dreams to life!
Very truly yours,
Dan Harrison

I purchased a used 2016 Ford Fusion from your dealership on Wednesday July 20, 2022, from Lafontaine Volkswagen. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, a salesperson reached out to me to sale a vehicle to me. I explained my situation, which was I had a vehicle since 2012 Ford Focus that was giving me issues and needed a reliable vehicle and that I recently converted from a Chapter 13 to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I told her I needed a new vehicle for work and to get my son back and forth to school and sports. She understood and helped me. I came in, they ran my credit and told me I was eligible for a 2016 used Ford Fusion. Then she told me that's all I was eligible for due to my credit score. I test drove it and while driving I heard a small ticking noise which I addressed and the saleswoman told me, something was in the tire. Also, the passenger side visor was missing, so I asked was the visor going to be replaced because I don't feel comfortable taking a car without a visor. I believed everything she told me, and they did the paperwork. Then the vehicle was so dirty inside I asked are they were going to clean it and she said they would and gas it up for me.

The day I picked up the vehicle I put 500 down and my trade in. The vehicle was NOT cleaned, it had a brown/orange substance on the seats and floor, candy, dirt, food in the seat where you fasten the seat belt. Dirt is all on the ceiling of the car, the rugs dirty and missing, the console was so dirty I used a whole pack of wipes to clean it, the lining inside of the vehicle is coming apart, and the middle console is damaged. I explained to her how dirty the car was, she said they cleaned it and then told me to get it cleaned and give her the bill. I never did, because I felt it was the dealership job to take care of it. Then I had car mats, she couldn't find them, so she purchased some for me.

When I drove off with the car, I called back and explained that the vehicle didn't ride right. It's hard to accelerate, so I was told to take it to the service department with all my concerns.

On that same day of purchasing the vehicle I explain to her all the issues on July 21st, which was the radio doesn't work, the phone sync doesn't work, the media doesn't work, the car says it's 50 degrees all the time, the vehicle doesn't accelerate right, and the vehicle is dirty. I understand it's a used car, but I shouldn't have these issues. So, I made an appointment on July 25th to have the issues looked at. I was told there was nothing they could do they needed a part for the visor. So, then I got a call to come back on Aug 3rd. The only thing they were concerned about was the visor, even after I explained all the issues twice. So, on Aug 3rd they had the vehicle the whole day, they Uber me home. They had no loaner vehicles at all. Towards the end of the day, they said it was ready for pick up, so they sent another Uber. Once I got there, I was told the visor was still not complete, was told not to touch the visor, to be careful because it's not sturdy and they will call me back once the part is in. I'm still waiting on that part for the visor and it's Aug 28th, almost a month later. Then that day I was told by the service manager it's nothing wrong with the acceleration to keep an eye out on it and the radio they couldn't help me with that, to go to a Ford dealership and I must see what the warranty is if there is any for it. On Aug 11th I contacted the saleswoman about my title. I was still waiting on my title, and still had the dealer's plate on my vehicle. She said they just got it that day. I went back to the dealership after work to sign the title and get my plate placed on the vehicle, so I asked her when the last time was the car had an oil change. She said "I don't know, but the vehicle passed the inspection so I'm sure they changed the oil " I'm like I still hear that ticking noise and I don't have a sticker telling me about the next oil change, and the car still hard to accelerate. She said I know another customer told me that too. I told her the oil light came on, but she didn't do anything.

So, I kept hearing the ticking and it's louder now, so I took it to get a quick oil change or get it checked to see why the car ticking is, because I know if it's ticking that mean it need an oil change or it's an engine problem. I went Aug 27th, and I was told the oil is low and dirty, then I was told that the vehicle needs a valve gasket, and oil gasket, and now a light popped on saying Engine oil pressure low.

Also, the salesman I signed the paperwork with told me to always come to them to get oil changes. I didn't understand that one, I figured maybe they knew about the car or maybe it was a discount, but clearly the oil was never changed.

So on Aug 29th my I was driving and the vehicle start making a very louder lawn motor noise, and wouldn't accelerate pass 30 miles. I called the dealership service department and they towed the vehicle back to their shop. I was told it was the engine, and they don't know why the engine went when it passed all its inspections. I am not a dumb person, I have been explaining about the ticking noise, the oil, and the acceleration since I got the vehicle and at that time didn't even have it 3 months. Since I had warranty, they covered it under my warranty. So they had the vehicle from Aug 29th until Sept 29th. The day I picked it up, I believed everything was okay. The car starts up very hard and rough, when I turn right, at times the steering would lock up. I explained that to the service department manager and he told me, give it 1500 miles to get everything working use to the new used engine. I gave it some time, then I took it back to the dealership on Oct 17th. I explained that the hard starts up rough and hard, and the power steering locks up when driving. They took the vehicle back to service, then came back 25 mins later, states that everything is fine. No engine lights, no other warnings. He said that the car is perfect. I asked if was a tune up, because once you switch to another engine, everything else starts breaking down. He said yes, everything is great! He said his guy drove the car and everything is good. When I pulled off the lot, I turn the car right, and the power steering locked up. I called him back, and he said how about we do a test driver together. I told him, the steering doesn't do it all the time, so I am sure if someone rides with me it wouldn't do it. He got upset and said what do you want me to do! You won't let me help you. He said warning lights would have came on. I told him that warning lights didn't come on when my engine went out. I never got a warning light days before, I got a warning light the day it died. I told him I would come back for a test drive, but I never came back because I have been getting lied to since I got this car. So the power steering locked up 7 more times since Oct 17th. Today November 1st my power steering locked up while turning right into my sons school, and I got a warning sign, that states, SERVICE ADVANCETRAC, which means my power steering going out. My son even said, hey it seems like when you turn right it locks up. THIS IS UNSAFE MY SON AND MYSELF!!!! NO ONE CARES ABOUT OUR LIVES!!! I AM SICK OF THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE CONSTANTLY EXPLAIN TO THEM FROM DAY ONE ABOUT THIS VEHICHLE AND NO ONE HAVE LISTENED UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENED!!! THIS IS A NIGHMARE!! I never experienced anything like this. My last vehicle died due to having it for 13 years, not 2-3 months!!

I believe I was racially profile due to my credit! I believe since I am an African American female, I am treated this way!! I understand this is not the dealership for this vehicle but this dealership sole me this vehicle from their lot and knew it was from an auction (which the service guy told me) and it was in horrible condition.

The small issues I can deal with but major issues like this I shouldn't have to. I am a single mother that work two jobs and all I wanted was a reliable vehicle to get me to work and take my kid to school and his games. Now I understand my credit score was low due to my bankruptcy, but that vehicle shouldn't have been sold to me in that condition. Not any major issues like that with the engine and power steering. I was previously in an unsafe vehicle and now I'm in another one. I explained all of this to the saleswoman. When she implied that my credit score was the reason, I got a vehicle such as that or I wasn't going to get nothing at all, I felt racially profiled. I rather she said we couldn't do anything for you then to stick me with an unsafe car.

I will be taking this to corporate because I feel I shouldn't have to deal with this kind of situation. I have pictures of the conversations I had with the saleswoman, pictures the day I got an oil change, and the pictures of the warning lights. I am looking for a resolution for all these issues. I had this vehicle a few months and I have been questioning the issues but never received any resolution and now I am scared to drive a vehicle that I feel is unsafe. I need help!!

I bought a new 2021 atlas in October of 2020. I have 22000 miles on the car. Already replaced the transmission. Need new tires and my brakes warped. In my 35 years of driving I have never experienced this. My infotainment center hasn't worked properly in about 8 months so I cannot call or text while in the car through the system. Hope I never need the phone in an emergency. Since it connects to car but won't let me speak to anyone and won't disconnect. Oh and burns oil. Every couple of months you gave to out oil in the car.

Is this a used car or new? I lease so I gave NO. Expenses I just had to replace the battery in the fob. Never ever gave I done any of these thing to any of my cars.

My car was noisy after a month they said it was normal. I know it's not normal. They had to change the brake after 6 months. Even though there is a warranty on the car, they said that it was my fault I had to pay it off. After 1 year, the roof was soaked. Is this some kind of joke???? It should have been changed three times but it was only changed once. Today I had to pay for the oil change and looked at it but the oil was just as black as before. I marked it and they didn't even touch the car. This is outrageous.

Kearney Mesa Volkwagen has pretty bad comunnication skills and bad customer service. My vehicle was in the dealershipfor almost a week and a half and just to tell me that the noise was normal which i dont believe since i have only owned the 2022 atlas for 90 days. The techinician told me that i should take my vehicle to South Bay Volkwagen since thats where i purchased the vehicle and since it was a warranty repair there wasnt much he could do.I contacted VW care and they were no help. They also told me that the technician was the expect and that if i didnt agreed with his findings i was welcome to take to another dealership as well. What kind of service is this. This is my first Volkwagen vehicle and with this kind of service i get i dont think i want to owned another VW vehicle.

VE customer service is a firewall to consumers actually talking to the corporation. The CSR people are courteous but will not provide info on who to contact beyond the dealership level. So if you have a provable with either the dealership or a car related problem the dealership can not figure out YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK.

My 2019 Tiguan as many other VW products and many other domestic and foreign cars have "drive by wire" has pedal. This means you do NOT have a mechanical linkage rod or cable from your has pedal to the motor's intake! What you have are two solenoids which act as electrical devices that signal each other when to open or close the throttle. As many cars owners, not just VW l, are experiencing a "throttle delay" when you want to go. I have not had issues with it closing but when entering traffic from a stop there can be a two to six second delay, as timed, until the engine responds. You can imagine the difficulty of this safety related issue'. I have reported to dealership, VW corporate consumer, NHTSA and my state Senator.

Nothing woks in this process. VW does not acknowledge and the corporate reps contact numbers online are bogus. They don't want to hear from us. When I owned a GM product and had a problem I could always call the cone manager and meet at dealership to discuss. So far this process does not exist at VW!

Other than this intermittent isdue the 2019 Tiguan is a gray car with very good gas mileage. I don't blame the car design itself. I believe this is the massive use of electronics and on board computers as well as government EPA emission standards that pushes auto manufacturers to use more expensive and design difficult software solutions and "drive by wire" technology to archive emission standards that is the root cause.

I will need a phone call and assistance on a new car that I purchased immediately!

I AM GETTING YOU INVOLVED BECAUSE I CAN NOT GET assistance

VW DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!
For the past 6 months we have been trying to get a horn and an airbag for our car because it turned out they stopped working without a reason and all we get is excuses that the parts are not available! How can that be??? Do they not put them in their new cars??? Our case number is 05145237 any VW Employee can verify this info although I highly doubt it. I think now that we cannot pass inspection and the car cannot be driven, it is time for a hefty lawsuit against VW and all its dealerships that were involved in selling us through car or dealing with our inquiries about those parts! Unprofessional and ridiculous, borderline criminal.

Volkswagen of oak lawn, located in oak lawn Illinois, should not be representing the Volkswagen name, had an issue with vehicle under warranty, refused warranty and strong armed me out of 260$ I have clear documentation on this issue and should have been covered, service personnel wouldn't even listen, couldn't even talk to supervisor or technician. Something wrong at this place, filled complaint with BBB and next step with attorney generals office, would love to work this out with upper management

Terrible customer service at the Sydney city VW dealership, very rude on the phone. Lies to customers and pretend to help without actually helping. Very fake and impatient, they have hung up on us multiple times . Additionally, they have not been transparent with us and never shares important details with us. They charged my family thousands of dollars on the repair of a 4 year old Tiguan's engine. They even completed an investigation and told us that the engine was faulty and it's from poor manufacturing. Yet they refuse to cover the cost of the repair.

I have a 2014 VW Jetta, which has had the following issues:
Transmission replaced at 10,000 miles / 1.5 years
AC replaced at approximately 2 years.
Both repairs under warranty.

Additional:
Starter: $700
Fuel Cap would not disengage:

And most recently, the car engine/EPC light went on and I was unable to go more than 15mph on the highway.
This was a potentially life threatening issue. Fortunately, I was in the right hand lane and was able to switch over to the shoulder of the road.
Appears to be a clutch issue.
Estimated repairs: $7,400.

VW Customer Care offered a $1000 voucher for a per-owned car, or $1,500 voucher for a new car, which is an insult to anyone with any intelligence.
It would be offset by financing.

Having a car issue is bad enough - VW Customer Service makes it worse!!

In the more of 13 years of experience with Volkswagen I've never been so disgusted with the treatment received by one of your employees.
Recently I made a service appointment and when the date and time arrived I was attended by Marla Quintero who assured me that what I wanted done to my vehicle would cost $110.00 and labor would take an hour. So I decided to sit and wait for my vehicle. After 2 ½ hrs. I asked her why the delay which she answered that the technician has to verify other points. So I went on waiting and realized that multiple customers that came in after my arrival were attended and left the premises. After six hours of waiting I inquired Marla; Why the delay? And she gave me the unexpected news; "your vehicle is going in to be serviced at that moment" So I asked for my vehicle be returned and left disgusted and without the labor to have done on my vehicle. I have no doubt that this employee unforgivingly squeezed in acquaintance, friends and/or family members before my turn and something should be done about this to have happen to anyone else.

DO NOT BUY A CONVERTIBLE VW!!! My 2014 beetle top stopped working and I went as high as I could within the company to have it fixed only to be told the VW doesn't require their dealership to carry the equipment needed to fix it and I have to go to a third party to have it fixed ... WHAT KIND OF COMPANY MANUFACTURES CARS THEY AREN'T EQUIPPED TO REPAIR???? A POS company, that's who!!!

My Tiguan has a leak issue to the point that the interior rotted. I thought the dealership had crap service but now I see where it comes from vw customer care is a sad,sad place I will no longer deal with vw thank god I only leased. If vw stands for quality German engineering then I'm sure glad I'm not German what an embarrassing representation.

I am really upset because of our OMR Volkswagen Service Centre. The day before yesterday I given my vehicle for previous service complaint ( Complaint - Windshield was not Function) no one called me for my vehicle problem and no one informed me wind shield problem can't able to resolve by OEM.Im really Surprised!! Note before service windshield is working good. Today I called service person Mr. Abdul he said problem was not resolved you can take your vehicle and give to outside mechanic and do it. After I called then only he tell about my vehicle Conditions after 2 days. So I went there and take my vehicle. They didn't do nothing but they charged Rs. 1003/- for nothing. And vehicle diesel also very low. They given my vehicle at 4 to 5PM around. After I went to local mechanic he said wind function can be done by OEM only. I don't know whom should I contact. And they didn't do nothing and taken my vehicle diesel also they charged me Rs. 1003/-.

This is good service for valuable customers??
I'm really upset and why I buy this vehicle and I suggest other people also don't buy any product from Volkswagen.

I am so upset, i have had my car on a warranty item in the shop for over a year now. This is unacceptable , i am making payments for lease and insurance for a year with no car. Customer care did poop all except tell me dates only to change them and this has been going on for over a year now. The car is standing in the garage deemed not drivable because of the warranty part that is on back order. now even once they fix the part the car sitting that long through winter etc. not moved will have part that will be rusted and shot. The car will need more work and will not be the same . I want the money I have been paying and them to buy the car out from me. this is ridiculous i need help as they are not doing anything. not to mention I called and asked to speak with management many times only for them to tell me 24-72 hours with no one calling me back . This is such poop and I even emailed customer support with case number that they closed twice even when items were not resolved.

I have been waiting two months for an infotainment module on my 2016 Volkswagen GTI. The Volkswagen service has no idea when the part is coming in said the part is on backorder. I called Volkswagen customer care which should be I don't care and they have no idea and said that they will keep track of the part where it is. Well it seems like I have to get in touch with them. When they say they will update me I have to call them. So I tried to even trade the car in and I was told by Volkswagen we will not devalue your car because you're just waiting on a part.Car has only 28,000 miles it's in perfect condition they wanted my car practically for free with the trade-in was giving me a horrible deal for six-year Finance at 0% basically was getting my car for nothing. I would never buy a Volkswagen again they are notorious for electrical problems their engineering sucks

VW has had the best customer service I have experienced. From looking at cars, purchasing and after. I have a TDI involved in the scandal and although the process for resolution is slow, They have provided great customer service throughout the process.

I have a VW Amarok and a Polo Vivo. Everytime I have to bring them for service i have the same problem. Workers start ariving at 7am. Then they have a meeting for 20 minutes and then it takes them another 15 to 20 minutes to bring the job card so i can hand over the vehicle. I have a job. I don't have time to sit around and wait for an hour just to bring my car for a service. Please fix this problem. I am sure i am not the only unhappy customer.

I recently had to contact my local VW dealer in Sarnia Ontario.
I must thank the parts/customer service lady as well as Mark the Service Manager for their fabulous customer service. Any time that I have called including this time, I have never felt rushed or not an important customer with my worries or concerns of my jetta. I have always promptly had the service manager Mark/ previously Marty answer the phone friendly and willing to listen.
I can not complain about VW. My first VW was a rabbit and I got tboned in 2013 the police said that I was very lucky. I say my VW saved my life.
Thank you! Beckie McGee-Kearney

Your survey ask if he introduced me to service which I answered no because I told him I lived to far away from them (45min away) and would have to have any service done near home.

I feel your company has unfairly scored my rating of service and would like you to fix it as John Murphy deserves 110% for his great job as a sales person with my new purchase dated 6/28/14. Please feel free to calll me Holly New

I recently bought a Volkswagen Jetta on Fathers' Day. My husband and I wish to commend on your sales representative, Mr Edison Neo Ann Liang. We were very impressed by his courteous mannerism and professionalism in handling your product. He is knowledgeable not only in the features of the car but also well tuned technically. Very rarely can you find a sales person who is also good technically.

We went to your showroom to view the cars that day without any intention of buying one. However, we were won by his presentation and approach to the whole matter coupled with your promotion that we decided to purchase the car on that day itself.

Upon collection, he was meticulous in showing us all the features on the car.
Thank you Edison for a job well done.

We recently purchased a 2011 Jetta TDI at the Murrieta Volkswagen dealership nearby. From the moment we walked on to the lot until several days later when we eventually closed the deal and drove off in our Jetta we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism and outstanding customer service we received from the sales consultant, Arman; the sales manager, Scott, and the finance manager, Sue. We have never experienced this level of customer service when purchasing an auto in our 40+ years of automobile shopping. I would highly recommend this dealership to others!

I would like to thank Mossel Bay Volkswagen for their awesome service and for going the extra mile to fix my vehicle when I was stuck in Mossel Bay. Thank you to all the staff especially John who worked overtime to fix my
car so that I could come home (Cape Town) with my car the next day. From the moment I called them in Riversdale they gave me brilliant service and where very accommodating and helpful.

Dear VW: I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with my new (2-10-12) VW Beetle. I have been driving for 47 years and this is my fourth VW. It not only drives great, but I have had more compliments on this car than any of the many cars I have owned over the years. Everything works perfectly and the vehicle has wonderful driving characteristics. I haven't had to use my dealer very much, but the few questions I have had were answered promptly and when I have showed up at the dealership, they were great and treated me well. Bud Brown in Olathe, Kansas, deserves an award for great service and products.

I think it is real funny how people choose to blog about their concerns when it comes to them being responsible when it comes to taking care of their own vehicle, to busy to do this to busy to do that then want to cry and make up lies when things do not go their way, everyone is a GROWN adult, face reality VW is a wonderful company, if you can't afford the repairs or maintenance stick with something you can afford (LIKE the BUS). I am an Euthanist I LOVE and can afford VW, and i also service my vehicle with VW so if something goes wrong my service department helps me

The car was taken for service on 23-09-11 after police procedure clearanc. My car has got a bumper to bumper insurance through Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. On enquiry I was informed that the insurance company has given permission for the repair of the car. Now already twO months are over till the car is with the dealer Now they have informed me that they have not yet received the required spare parts from the company and will take more time. This will have bad reputation for your company. Your company started dealership in kerala recently only. If somebody asks me regarding post sale sale service I will be tempted to answer in negative. So I request you to look into the matter and make arrangements to supply the spare parts and get my car repaired and given back at the earliest

I own and drive my second Phaeton sedan. They have been easily two of the best automobiles I have had the pleasure of operating. The comprehensive package of size, power, systems, comfort and reliability exceeds that of all other automobiles I have owned, including Lamborghini, Mercedes and Jaguar. While I understand something of the market and public perception forces that have operated to remove the Phaeton from being offered in the U.S., I remain hopeful that by the time I am ready for another automobile, somehow there might be a modification to your marketing strategies so that those of us thoughtful enough enough to understand what an extraordinary automobile and superb bargain the Phaeton is, will be able once again to purchase one for use in the U.S. The original concept and production results for this grand touring model have been fully realized, if not exceeded. I hope I have the opportunity to obtain another one. Thank you for a fabulous driving experience. J. Dell Gordon.

The problim was a cam follower was bad. We had to waite for the parts which took 3 days. The dearler ship gave us a new 2011 VW cc to drive while the work was being done.

OMG! I love my 'bug' and my dealership!
I can stop by just to have air put in the tires. They have a great ** fun ** selection of VW merchandise. And the friendliest people!

I love my Passat 2.0 T!!! I have enjoyed it since pulling off the lot. Oil and maintenance costs are on the higher side, however, I've been pleased with the service and support at my VW dealer in Oneonta NY. I would like to buy the CC, but will wait til its been out a little longer. Volkswagen handling and speed is AWESOME!

I just recently retired from a vw dealership after 42 years of service. In that length of time I have driven vw products.I would like to receive a 40 year pin from vw as I have received various ones in the past decades. If a large corporation such as vw cannot supply me with one; could I buy one? All I ask is for a reply one way or another from vw to see if anyone is listening or even cares. This is my third attempt at trying to resolve this with no response.

I am an exemployee of VW and they treat their employees like children. They talk down to you in the orientation classes which are a joke. You sit there and color pictures of beetles, put together puzzles, draw pictures of pigs. WTF...is this ****ING 1st grade? Im an educated salaried profesional person with an MBA. The orientation classes insult my intelligence.`They group salary new hires in with production new hires and talk down to everybody. This is a bad company to work for, and they offer no help for relocation. Now for mgmt, its easy for them to say it, because guess what??? their relocation was already paid for 2 years ago during the start up. they made me leave a good job to come down there, and gave me no place to live. i was forced to sleep in my car for 2 weeks. this is how VW treats their new hires. make them sleep in cars like bums, and then treat them like first graders in orientation class. this company is a joke and a disapointment.
