A healthy take on an all-time classic. The convenience of cooking entirely in the Thermomix will have you never wanting to use a pot or pan again!

Ingredients
 1 onion peeled and diced
 2 cloves garlic
 2 tbsp water
 500 g beef mince
 1 tin diced tomato
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 2 tbsp dried or fresh mixed herbs
 2 cups zucchini noodles
Directions

Add onion and garlic to the Thermomix bowl and chop for 10 seconds speed 5.

Add 2 tbsp water and cook for 3 mins/100 degrees/reverse speed 1.

Add mince, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and herbs and cook for 25-30 mins/100 degrees/reverse speed soft.

Add zoodles to varoma dish, position into place with the lid on to steam for the last 5 minutes.

Serve the mince on the zoodles and sprinkle with extra herbs.
