I recently got hooked on some awesome text messaging games (I have an unlimited texting plan...). I wanted to know if anyone here knows of any others.
I'll post the few that I know of:
HangSMS: Hangman via texting. To play, text hangman to 41411. Visit their site for more details...
Trivia: Text trivia to 4info (44636).
Rock Paper Scissors (if you're really bored!): text roshambo r, p, or s to 41411 for rock paper or scissors. E.g. to try scissors text roshambo s to 41411.
Remember: all of the above are free, but standard text messaging rates (from your carrier) do apply.

Re: Text Messaging Games
Please be careful of what you text to random numbers - like the above - always type the numbers into google to research them first.
how about name games... famous people - first person says Angelina Jolie - next person says Jack Nickelson - next person says Natasha Bedingfield - etc
or name brands of something - for example, cars or beers

Re: Text Messaging Games
In my own opinion, text messaging games are fun, but playing real games in the phone are much more. By the way, what provider is applicable in order for you to send and request?

Re: Text Messaging Games
I suggest you try FriendSquare Games. They have a number of pretty advanced Texting games like connect4, reversi, a virtual chat and Zork (the world famous adventure). It's absolutely free to use.
Take a look at games.friendsquare.com, or simply text F2GAMES to 41411.

Re: Text Messaging Games
Text TIC to 47711 for free 2 player tic tac toe.
Nobody ever really wins at tic tac toe tho
They also have Connect 4 by texting FOUR to 47711.
I just found their website, they actually have a lot of games, only some of them free
but all the multiplayer ones are free!
