The visual information from the camera is analyzed to preset criteria and the powerful image analysis can detect deviations in size, color, form or movement. As needed the system can then initiate actions ( sort the goods, halt the process flow etc.) The open application platform makes it simple to customize the actions. CADDY also connects other sensors e.g. for temperature-, pressure- or vibrations. These help control the process and complement the visual supervision.
