Cork Ferry Port

Cork ferry port, also know as Ringaskiddy ferry port is located in the south coast of Ireland and is around a 25 minute drive away from the centre of Cork. Brittany Ferries operate the only crossing from Cork with a weekly sailing to Roscoff in France.

Getting to Cork (Ringaskiddy) Ferry Port

By Car

From Cork city centre take the N28 in the direction of Douglas and Ringaskiddy. Dublin is linked through N8 and N20 links Cork - Limerick and Galway.

By Train

The nearest railway station can be found in Cork city. There is no direct service to the terminal. Please contact Irish Rail for further information.

By Bus

A regular bus service (No 223) runs from Cork City to the ferry port.

Café/ Bar

A limited range of hot food is available in the terminal cafeteria. Pubs offering more substantial meals can be found in the nearest village (about 1 mile away) or the nearest town (about 4 miles away).

Disabled Facilities

Single storey terminal building is easily accessible with a wheelchair. There are disabled toilets inside the terminal building. However, please note that there are none in the vehicle check-in areas. For passengers with limited mobility who do not have their own wheelchair and require assistance, the port provides and operates an electric wheelchair to embark and disembark passengers on and off the ship.

Terminal Opening Hours

The terminal is closed during the winter season when there are no sailings to and from Roscoff.

Parking at Cork Ferry Port

Parking at the ferry port and terminal is for pick-up and drop off only. Passengers requiring longer stay parking are required to use one of the payable car parks nearby.
