We are not responsible for any text, spelling, grammar or graphical errors. We not responsible for any embroider/printed items, cost, etc that occurred due to that mistake. Please double check the artwork and have your clients sign an approval form to waive future responsibility on your side. Never ever go straight to production without proofing first!
In the event that copyartwork.com is to design/copy at the request of a Buyer a likeness of a person, product, logotype or any other device provided to us by the Buyer, Buyer hereby represents that said likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights there to. Upon request of copyartwork.com, a J6D Inc. Company, Buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold copyartwork.com, a J6D Inc. Company free and harmless from all liability and indemnify copyartwork.com, a J6D Inc. Company for any loss, damage, or injury which copyartwork.com, a J6D Inc. Company may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the Buyer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by copyartwork.com, a J6D Inc. Company as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the Buyer.
The use of the copyartwork.com website and the sale of products and services offered on this Website are governed by the terms and conditions set forth below and all other disclaimers, guidelines, policies and terms and conditions of sale appearing on this Website under Customer Service (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"). Your use of this Website in any manner, whether browsing, activating an account with us or making a purchase, constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you agree to follow and be bound by them. Copyartwork.com reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully each time you use this Website.
Refunds and Corrections
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Completed artwork that is incorrect or does not meet the specifications listed in the instruction when the order was placed will be edited and corrected with no addition charge to the order, as long as the request is within reason. Before going into any kind of production or other use of the completed file, we ask customers to view the file thoroughly for any errors in the artwork.
Copyartwork.com is not responsible or any ruined articles, errors, or other problems in any productions material or any other use from the completed artwork.
If in the event that a completed order does not meet the customer’s requirements yet no instruction was listed when placing the order, Copyartwork.com may need to add an editing fee for the correction. Amount of the fee is up to the discretion of Copyartwork.com management and will be in regards to the difficulty of the correction.
Refunds on completed orders will be given at the discretion of Copyartwork.com Management.
All jobs that contain an error will be corrected for free if it is deemed our fault. However, Copyartwork.com dba J6D Inc. needs to have the opportunity to fix error with an appropriate time given. Refunds/Voided Invoices cannot be given if that opportunity for correction on the file/s is not given.
Regarding digitizing, please note that the digitizing can produce varied results based off of what material is being stitched on and what machine is used and the settings on the machine. Please make sure to do a test sewout on the actual material and same machine that will be used for production. We will make adjustments/corrections if needed, but we are not responsible for any loss resulting from tests or production in any way.
Usage Restrictions
You may access and view the Content (as defined below) appearing on this Website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and/or copy certain portions of the Content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you (a) retain all copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained on the Content, (b) do not modify or alter the Content in any way and (c) do not make the Content available to any third party. Copyartwork.com reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any Content that you download from this Website. You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited: (i) misrepresenting the identity of a user; (ii) tampering with this Website; and (iii) conducting fraudulent activities.

It is the policy at copyartwork.com to not share any customer information either externaly (marketing companies) or internaly (between clients.) Copyartwork.com reserves the right to collect and store customer information that is essential to the administrative functions of the company. This information includes client billing information and artwork archives. Copyartwork.com also reserves a limited right to use customer artwork for marketing purposes only. This use includes posting customer artwork as a sample of work we have done on our website. Please note here that we do not post the actual artwork but a smaller jpg version of it that cannot be copied effectively. The copyartwork.com logos and trademarks, as well as other marks, trade names, trademarks and logos on this Website, are the properties of their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, copy or manipulate such logos in any manner without the prior written consent of the owner. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. and international copyright laws and copyartwork.com owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such law, the copyright in the arrangement, coordination, enhancement and selection of such Content or this Website. Modification of Content
Copyartwork.com attempts to ensure that the Content on this Website is complete and current. As indicated in the DISCLAIMERS set forth below, copyartwork.com does not guarantee that the information contained on this Website will not contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price or to product description or availability. copyartwork.com reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the Content without prior notice to you. Further, copyartwork.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, copyartwork.com shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
News Letter Policy
According to the Terms and Conditions, Copyartwork.com reserves the right to email a monthly News Letter to its customers. Subscription to this News Letter can be canceled at any time upon the customer’s verbal or written request. Cancellation requests cannot be made by any customer for any other account than their own. Copyartwork.com is not responsible for any cost or legal liability incurred by the customer due to the content of the News Letter.
Illustration Services Policy
The policies regarding illustration services below are subject to change at any time and may be amended arbitrarily to accommodate various situations.
In the case of illustration work, copyartork outsources the jobs to various artists who make bids based on price and turnaround time. The customer chooses the artist that best suits their needs based on the bids. Copyartwork acts as no more than a facilitator of this transaction and is in no way responsible for the content produced by the artists that are contracted to do the work. The artists work independently and Copyartwork does not assume any liability for the failure of an artist to produce satisfactory artwork for the customer. In the case that a customer is not satisfied with the work and requests a refund of his/her deposit, the request may or may not be granted depending on whether costs can be recovered from the artist contracted to do the job. Copyartwork is not required in any instance to refund a deposit except under its discretion. The customer can request a refund of deposit but there is no instance in which Copyartwork is required or liable for making such a rufund.
Copyartwork releases all copyartights to the artwork supplied by the artist to the customer. Furthermore, the artist is under contractural obligation to release all copyrights for the artwork he/she produces. All copyright priviliges are release to the customer to excercise as he/she finds necessary.
Deposits
Copyartwork.com reserves the right to collect a deposit or full payment for services requested, and before the delivery of said services. Standard billing protocol is to process payment on the customer account once a month at the end of the billing period. However, upon the discretion of the management, payment or deposit may be taken at any time without notice for services requested.
Email Notifications
Copyartwork.com can accept absolutely no liability for any costs or inconveneience incurred on the customer due to having not received an order delivery or notification email. A customer, having not received the order delivery email in the agreed timeframe, must first check the orders available in the online personal account before Copyartwork.com can take any responsibility for it. Copyartwork.com is not responsible for any delays in order delivery which are not reported within the day which the order became late for delivery. Copyartwork.com accepts no responsibility for outcomes based on customer accusations regarding having not received the appropriate email. Email is unrelaiable and the customer must provide other grounds to make such a claim.
Hand Drawn Illustrations
Note that we will collect a 50% deposit when starting on a "Hand Drawn Illustrations" order. If you decide to cancel the order, you will forfiet the 50% deposit and the remaining second half will be deducted from your invoice.
Uploaded and Completed Files
Each and every uploaded order is given an order number for reference. Files are saved and stored under this order number. If a customer believes that CopyArtwork.com has completed an order but fails the provided an order number referencing to the file, CopyArtwork.com does not take responsibility for lost files and may require the file be resubmitted at the normal charge for that file.
Even though uploaded images and completed jobs are saved on the website, there is a limit to the length of time these files will be saved. The images uploaded by the customer for each job will be saved on the server for 1 year. After 1 year, these files will be deleted permanently and no record of them will remain. Completed jobs uploaded to the server by staff and artists will be saved under the customer’s account for 5 years. After 5 years, all completed order files will be permanently deleted and no record of them will remain.
THE WEBSITE IS FOR TEMPORARY FILE STORAGE ONLY; IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE THEY KEEP OFFLINE RECORDS OF THE JOBS RETURNED TO THEM.
After 5 years, we will have no record of the job and the customer is responsible for providing the completed image in the event any additional edits are necessary.
Third Party Pixels and Cookies
Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, we and/or our partners may use pixels and pixel tags, and place, read or use cookies the collect information from your device and/or Internet browser. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information, however, it may be possible for our third-party business partners to combine it with other information in order to identify your email address or other information about. For example, the cookies may reflect de-identified demographic or other data linked to data you voluntarily have submitted to us, e.g., your email address, which we may share with a data provider solely in hashed, non-human readable form. Visitors can also express their choices for display advertising, through the following platforms: Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out platform or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out platform.We and/or our partners may also use cookies for delivering personalized advertising emails.
