Nobody knows a client’s business better than the client. But we need to know and understand it and related priorities, challenges and objectives as if they were our own. Listening and learning is for us a key element at the early stages of a client relationship.
While we have extensive experience in crisis communications, we believe advance planning and a proactive approach to corporate communications, issues management and public affairs minimizes the need for it. Advance planning and being proactive enables a business to impact the agenda, rather than only to respond and to follow others’ lead.
Creativity and innovation is essential in all business, also in communications and public relations.  We think outside the box. We believe our clients deserve to hear our honest views and recommendations, even when contradicting conventional wisdom. We compromise where needed, but not when it comes to honesty and integrity.
We believe in an integrated approach to communications. External communications is not about media relations only, as little as internal communications is about publishing a newsletter or Internet about replacing face-to-face meetings. Clearly defined, well formulated messages reinforced by multiple voices, tools and communications channels bring best results.
We take on specific assignments as well as broader challenges requiring in-depth analysis and the development and implementation of comprehensive strategic plans.
