CNBLUE’s leader Jung Yong Hwa recently showed off his sharp V-line.
At their ‘First Step‘ press conference held on March 21st, Yong Hwa appeared to be considerably slimmer, and he revealed that he went on a diet for CNBLUE’s comeback.
The idol stated, “I went on a diet to change my image. I lost 8kg (~17lbs) in a month. I ate only 1/4 of rice that I used to eat and ate chicken breasts along with bananas. I also worked out at night by running on the treadmill“.
CNBLUE showcased their ’smart’ image through “I’m A Loner” and “LOVE“, only to transform into chic boys for their new album. Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Jong Hyun dyed their hair back to black to emphasize their charisma and Lee Jung Shin shed his girly look by adopting an all-back hairstyle.
