fees |
- Please
note there is a £50
end-of-stay cleaning
fee for stays of less than 28 nights.

end-of-stay cleaning
fee for stays of 28 nights or more.

stays of 28 nights or more, we require guests to have the cottage cleaned every
2 weeks at a cost of £50
per clean.

- Bermuda
Cottage: We do not offer 1-bedroom occupancy rates for Bermuda Cottage.
- Canterbury
Cottage: There are two 1-bedroom options: (1) 'master' bedroom only (1x king-size
bed) which can sleep a maximum of 2 adult guests plus a baby in a cot, or (2)
'family' bedroom only (1x double bed and 1x single bed) which can sleep a maximum
of 3 adult guests. When booked in this way the second bedroom is locked and inaccessible.
1-bedroom occupancy rates are not available in High Season but they are available
at all other times of the year.

with your request and we will contact you back to confirm availability.
- To
confirm a reservation we require payment of 20% of the total cost of the booking
as a deposit. Please note this deposit is non-refundable.
- For
stays of 28 nights or less the remaining 80% balance is due no later than 1 month
before arrival. For longer stays please view the payment schedule in our Terms
& Conditions.
- Full
payment is required for any bookings made within 1 calendar month of arrival.

- By
bank transfer or by credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX). If paying by international
bank transfer please ensure all bank charges are made.
- Cheques
drawn on a UK bank are acceptable but confirmation can only be made once funds
have cleared.
