Click on the “Student Email Login & Office 365 Portal”
 
Enter your CNA email address using the following format:
Firstname.lastname##@ed.cna.nl.ca  (the ## is the last two digits of your student ID)
Example: if your name is John Smith and the last two digits of your student id is 84, you would enter: john.smith84@ed.cna.nl.ca
 

• If you are a returning student and have previously used your webmail, your most recent password will still be your password. If that is not working, please use the password reset link.
• If you are a new student, who has not previously logged in and accessed webmail, please refer to personal email you registered with CNA for instructions on how to log in.
• If you are a new student, who has previously logged in, your most recent password will still be your password (for all college systems including: self-service, webmail & Brightspace D2L).

When you contact the Help desk, you will need to provide information so they can verify your identity.  This would normally be your student ID number or with a personal email address that you have registered with CNA.
 
Please note that if this is your first time logging into your email, you will get prompted to set up security on your account. You will need to set up your security as it will allow for password recovery.

Passwords chosen must:

• Be a minimum of eight (8) characters in length
• Contain at least one (1) character from three (3) of the following categories:
  • Uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • Lowercase letter (a-z)
  • Digit (0-9)
  • Special character (~`!@#$%^&*()+=_-{}[]\|:;”’?/<>,.)

Passwords chosen must not:

• Contain a common proper name, login ID, email address, initials, first, middle or last name

It is strongly recommended that:

• Each password chosen is new and different

Please be advised that passwords expire every 365 days
