Club Mac was founded in August 1985. From the outset the Club provided an independent source of Mac-related information. A group that provided members with friendly advice, information, support and a high-quality Public Domain Software Library. Club Mac provides access to System software prior to version 7.6, and the publically available updates to System software are also available.
The Club Mac Website provides members with a private electronic mail box, public message area and information service, and on-line help. You can log on via the Internet from anywhere in the world! Club Mac is part of the worldwide FidoNet and InterNet networks, so members can send and receive messages all around Australia and the world at no cost.Your e-mail address becomes: firstnamelastname@clubmac.org.au
