It all started with a too normal BMW K100RS.
Not your average bike to start with I guess, but Roel from the Netherlands, had a vision for it.
He started with jumping on the bike. (That’s how they “roll” in the land of tulips, cheese and wooden shoes)
Next up: Breaking it down
He started immediately with the design.
From the rear
As you can see, a chop through the middle
Some subframe adjustments for a single mounted shocker
Some viberglass to “glue” it all together
A very nice hand made airbox for his beemer.
Working on the details (Engine cover)
Cleaning the engine with the parents. *Look at the awesome exhaust as well!
Building it up with attention for details!
Coated the frame and finished up some other essentials
DONE
We really love this build because Roel has turned a quite boring bike into a “want to have” bike!
More info about the build can be found on the Dutch Motor Forum

Great rebuild! Just wondering if you still have the Original faring pieces? I have the same bike and need the the front head light section, front radiator cover and sump guard basically all the faring except the tail section.
Love the build, doing one myself (https://www.pinterest.com/stein290864/my-bmw-k100-scrambler/).
Question on your aftermarket exhaust: I have been told that switching exhausts risks incompatibility with the electronics unit … any advice? Any particular products you recommend? Many thanks,
Stein
