Bowman,
Mary
"Agnes", 92, of Havre Boucher and
formerly of Frankville, Antigonish Co. died on Friday May 31, 2013 in
St. Martha's Hospital,
Antigonish.
Born in
Halifax she was a daughter of the late Augustus and Charlotte (Webb)
O'Neil.She was a member of St. Paul's Parish, Havre Boucher. Agnes was
the last surviving member of her immediate family. She devoted her
life to her family as a homemaker. Agnes loved to knit and a good game
of cards.
She is
survived by sons:Peter (Geraldine), Frankville; Tom (Susan), New
Glasgow, daughters:Alva (Bill) DeCoste, Monastery; Donna (Tom)
Delorey, Frankville, 8 grandchildren and 20 great
grandchildren.
Agnes was
predeceased by her husband William, son Francis, infant son John,
sister Euphemia Morrison, brothers Leo and Edward O'Neil.
The remains are resting in St.
Paul Centre Havre Boucher with visitation on Monday 2-4 & 7-9
pm. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 11:00 am in St. Paul's
Church, Havre Boucher, with Reverend Allan MacPhie presiding, burial
to follow in the parish cemetery. Donation in memory may be made to
Canadian Cancer Society or Havre Boucher Medical Centre.
