A 10 inch Android 3.1 tablet by Toshiba is available in Bangladesh. Its hardware configuration is not bad but I think the price is a bit high Tk. 41,500. But because of its brand value it seems deserving. Though its a bit bulky and heavier than galaxy tab & ipad but its price is much lower than those. So if you want to make try to android tablet you can go for it.
