Description
This is a library with 181 models for Sweet Home 3d (http://sweethome3d.com), and all of them are based on the real IKEA models that you can find on your IKEA local store.
The library is based on one IKEA catalog (2012-2013) and all the furniture designs are property of IKEA. We have used the real sizes and proportions to make this library usefull.
The name of every model is the name that IKEA uses to show it in its web site, so you can go to www.ikea.com and find all the models of this library with the search function of the page. If you like how the models look in your home design you can always buy them on Ikea.

We have added 8 languages to the default “english”. If you have selected your language in the Preferences sweethome3d menu you will see the library with your language. This is the list of languages availables:

How it works
How to add the library to your Sweet Home 3D application
Once you have downloaded the library from here you will can add the library to your sweethome3d application.
To add the library you must load it with the Furniture Menu. Select the Import furniture library option of that menu
Search and select the downloaded file (180_IKEA_models.sh3f) and click on the OK button
The IKEA library will appear in the models browser of the left sidebar

Waiting for Karlstad, maybe Ektorp. Some elements from Hemnes are missing too (shoe cabinets), but I’ll try to do it myself.
Still waiting for Billy bookcases. I could also use the Hemnes 149 TV Bench without the TV on it, so I could add a larger, wall-mounted TV, and the Hemnes shelf unit that goes across the top of the 149 TV Bench. Thank you.
there is any possibility of using these models in another program like blender?
Yes. Inside the pack they are the .obj models that you can import inside Blender 😉
