Den Bussiga Resa till Puttgarden
We got on the bus, everybody in really good cheer
We were headed to Puttgarden to buy a lot of fucking beer
Late Fransen came running like shot out of a gun
Some yelled encouragement Run Forrest Run!
Sips of Jägermeister to start off the journey
at that rate some may up on a gurney (stretcher)
Robert Lundgren passed out blue shirts some large and some small
It was then that I knew we would have a ball
We drank and sang almost the whole fucking way
We did our best on Sweden’s national day
schnitzel and beer from Rödby to Puttgarden
The cashier spoke Deutsch I said, I beg your pardon
We shopped and we shopped some even went for a swim
We bought much beer the bus stacked to the brim
While Johan and Roberth were strumming their guitars
We drank some whiskey but not in jars
There was much booze and a lot of good song
Just incredible how well everybody got along
Many thanks to Tord for asking me to come along
New friends and acquaintances it was the best bus trip I have ever been on
