"Stereology is a body of mathematical methods relating three-dimensional parameters defining the structure to two-dimensional measurements obtainable on sections of the structure"1 or simply the study of estimating geometrical quantities. I have performed stereological analysis on tissue sections to characterize the blood vessels. |
