Prior to Reporting Insurance Claim

please have the following information ready if available:

  • Policy Number
  • Names, contact phone number for all involved parties and witnesses
  • Date, location and time of loss
  • Any police, fire or other authorities involved or who responded

I Reported a Claim – What Happens Next?

You can expect to be contacted by Acadia Insurance within one business day to obtain some basic claim information and we will assign you a claim number.

During this first contact, your Claim Representative will explain the process and obtain the information necessary to handle the claim.
