Terms 1
To make a booking you must first be in possession of your Tesco Clubcard Partner code.

Terms 2
We regret it is not possible to hold a boat without first providing your Tesco Clubcard Partner code or to hold a boat using any other form of deposit payment if you intend paying for any part of your holiday with your Tesco Clubcard Partner code.

Terms 3
On receipt of your Clubcard Partner code from Tesco, please check live availability on this ABC Boat Hire website or telephone our booking Offices for assistance on 0330 333 0590.

Terms 4
Clubcard Partner codes can only be redeemed with ABC Boat Hire. You can check availability online by Company to ensure that the boat you want is available with Tesco Clubcard Partner codes.

Terms 5
When you make your booking online remember to enter your Clubcard Partner Code(s) on the Booking Form under “Additional Discounts”. Or if you telephone our booking team we will confirm the availability of your boat for your requested dates and put your holiday on a provisional hold. We will take the serial number(s) of your Tesco Clubcard Partner code plus details of how you will be paying any balance of hire and fuel.

Terms 6
All of your Tesco Clubcard Partner codes will be required at the time of booking.

Terms 7
On receipt of a provisional booking reference, your Clubcard Partner code, booking form and cheque if applicable for any balance (with your booking reference number written on the reverse) must be sent to arrive with your boat operator within NO MORE THAN 6 WORKING DAYS.

Terms 8
If your Clubcard Partner code and booking form are not received within 6 working days, your booking may be cancelled.

Please note

Please inform the Reservations Consultant that you are using a Tesco Clubcard Partner code to pay for all or part of your holiday so that they know how to manage your booking.

Tesco Clubcard Partner codes can only be used for holidays taken in the main cruising season (Mid March to End October) and cannot be used for off season winter holiday bookings. 

Tesco Clubcard Partner codes may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (whose name is associated with the Clubcard Partners code). However there can be more than one named Clubcard Partner code per booking as long as that person(s) is traveling too. Clubcard Partner codes cannot be given as gifts. 

You cannot add more Clubcard Partner codes to your booking at a later date, so please enclose all your Clubcard Partner codes for this booking. You will need to state the total value of Clubcard Partner code at the time of booking.

After using your Clubcard Partner code, any balance outstanding on your chosen holiday may be paid for by cheque, debit or credit card. Details of these will be taken at the time of booking. 

On receipt of your Clubcard Partner codes and any outstanding remittance, your booking will be processed and confirmation of your holiday will be sent to you.

Tesco Clubcard Partner codes can only be used towards the boat hire cost in the brochure; any extras must be paid for by cheque, debit or credit card.

Please note that your holiday must be booked within the 6-month validity period of the Clubcard Partner code - the holiday does not have to be taken within this period.

Tesco Clubcard Partner codes cannot be used to pay the deposit unless the entire holiday is paid for in Clubcard Partner codes . 

Once you have received your Clubcard Partner code, you must book your holiday at least 14 days prior to your intended departure date. 

Tesco Clubcard Partner codes are valid for 6 months and can be used as full or part-payment of the cost of your holiday. Clubcard Partner codes can be used on new bookings only. 

Partner codes can be used in conjunction with any other ABC Boat Hire discount or offer such as loyalty. Codes can only be used when making your booking and can't be added later. Multiple Reward partner codes can be used on your booking. Codes may only be combined with other discounts for 2023 only.

You may use more than one Clubcard Partner code per booking. No change will be given if the value of Clubcard Partner code is greater than the cost of the holiday; however, any shortfall can be made up with a cheque, debit or credit card at the time of booking.

It is very important that you check that your holiday insurance covers the loss of the value of your Tesco Clubcard Partner code should you have to cancel. Most policies do not cover such a loss.
