Ordering questions 

What does "pre-order" mean?

We are expecting this item to arrive from the manufacturer or vendor in the month specified in parenthesis. You can order this item now and we will ship it to you when it arrives at our warehouse. All releases dates are subject to and are most likely to change due to manufacturers' delays. We do our best to fulfill orders but are at the mercy of manufacturers/distributors and cannot guarantee against cancellations outside of our control. 

Are all products in stock?
Every product has its availability listed in green to the right of its picture. While many products are in stock, we do have products which are available for pre-order. For complete details on product availability, please click here.

Is your website secure?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments. PayPal payments include PayPal Credit, e-checks, bank transfers, PayPal balance and all major credit cards. 

When will my credit card be charged?

For in stock purchases, your credit card will be charged shortly after receiving the order and we begin to process it. The charge will be made to your credit card usually within 24-48 hours of when your order is placed. Pre-ordered items will not be charged to your credit card until they are ready to ship. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, we offer guest checkout for those who do not wish to create an account on the site.

How can I add or remove items from my order?
Please review our cancellation policy here, and then contact us to request any changes.

Do you charge sales tax?
New Jersey residents will be charged 7.0% sales tax on item prices and shipping costs.

Shipping questions 

When will my order ship and arrive?
In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours of when the order is received and payment clears. Pre-order items will ship when they become available. Your delivery time will depend on which shipping method you choose. Please click here to view a list of available shipping methods.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and handling costs are determined by the weight, size and destination of an order. You can add items to your cart and calculate shipping costs before starting checkout.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Click here for more shipping information.

How much are taxes and duties?
Taxes and duties are determined by the importing country. You are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs charges etc. Andrew's Toyz is not responsible for any of these costs. Please contact your local customs department for more information about theses possible costs.

Will my pre-order items ship with in stock items?
By default, we will charge and hold items as they become available and then ship them altogether once all items from your order are in stock. We may contact you about completing partial shipments as pre-orders arrive. Please indicate you would like to receive partial shipments during checkout.

How are items packed for shipping?
We pack all orders with the greatest care to protect them on their way to you. The majority of our clients are collectors who want their products in the best possible condition. We utilize a variety of packing materials including packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and packing paper. Statues and busts may be shipped in the manufacturer's shipping carton, as they are intended to be.

 

Product questions

Are items "new" and "factory sealed"? 

Yes, all items are brand new and factory sealed. In the event an item is not new, it will be clearly indicated on the product's page in the description.  

Are cases of figures factory sealed?
We usually do send factory sealed cases as received from the manufacturer. We may open some cases to inspect the condition of the figures inside if the outer case shows damage. We cannot guarantee the condition of items inside a sealed case. We will never remove, swap or change figures included in the case. If you would like to receive a factory sealed case, please indicate so in the notes section during checkout. 

Will I receive the exact case assortment listed?
Action figure case assortment details are provided by the manufacturer. While it is very rare, the manufacturer may make changes the the case assortment prior to shipment. In the event of a case assortment change, we will contact you immediately. All case assortments are subject to change prior to shipment.
