The Public forums will be open to the general public to read with or without a username on this site. You must be a member to add postings to the threads. The Private Forum(s) will be open only to donating/upgraded members who are 18 years or older.

All the forums are categorized by topics. Please post your questions or messages in the appropriate forum. If a topic is posted in a forum that is not appropriate for the question or subject matter, the webmaster has the right to move that topic to another better suited forum.

The posting of any copyrighted material that has not yet fallen into the public domain on our web site is strictly prohibited.

Any images taken and posted by members may not be used at any other website, or for any other purpose without asking the original poster/photographer for permission.

Age Requirement for Posting: Public Forums: You must be 13 years of age or older in order to participate in any of the public forums on this site. Private/Upgrade Forums: You must be 18 years of age or older in order to participate in any of the member-only forums on this site.

Special Note to Members Between the ages of 13 and 17: While all members are to treat each other with respect, any member who is a child (between the ages of 13 to 17) who is disrespectful in any way to any adult member on this site will have their posting privileges removed immediately.

Profanity: Public Forums: There will be no use of profanity in these forums. This will not be tolerated and can lead to immediate suspension. Private/Upgraded Forums: As these forums are for adults only, profanity will not lead to immediate suspension but clearly using profanity on a regular basis is something you probably want to think about. Your reputation here can be based on many things, but what you say and how you say it is near the top of the list.

Sex/Vulgar Subjects and/or Pornography: Public Forums: The posting of anything sexual either (pictures or text) will result in an immediate ban of membership. Private/Upgraded Forums: The rules are slightly more relaxed in the private adult-only forums, but under no circumstances are any pornographic or nude images allow to be posted anywhere on this website.

Discriminatory Posts: All Forums: There will be no homophobic, racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations. This will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate suspension.

Posting Items For Sale: While members may post items they are personally selling non-professionally, members may not post any ads or links to for profit businesses or organizations they are associated without specific permission from the webmaster/website owner. This website will provide no mediation for any sale transaction that is not fulfilled to the buyers satisfaction. By purchasing anything for sale posted by other members of this site you agree that you are solely responsible for checking references of the seller and making sure that you trust the seller before making any purchasing decisions. Any seller that posts items and the webmaster hears of transactions that have gone bad, that seller will lose their posting privileges.

Posting Quality: There will be no text-message style talk allowed in the postings. A minimum of 20 words per post will be required in most cases. On occasion this rule will certainly be waved for members in good standing, but any member who continually posts threads with minimal content will be warned and banned if they continue. As for spelling and grammar I am the first to admit I am terrible at both. I go back and look at some of my old postings and think wow that was a dumb spelling mistake. But do I try to get it right, I go back and proof at least once if not more. I still make mistakes, but the point is I try to get it right. Everyone makes mistakes and I wont be a grammar and spelling freak, but for those who constantly make tons (and I mean a large very obvious amount) of mistakes you will be warned to try harder or you wont be welcome to post here anymore.

Inflammatory posts or Personal Attacks: Public Forums: There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory. This includes flaming or instigating arguments. Private Forum: Again, if the webmaster feels that a user is abusing the privilege of openness they will be warned and if they continue they will be banned.

Warez, or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form.

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the webmaster reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.

This forum has the right to alteration or deletion of any post deemed offensive by the webmaster. The webmaster has the final word on any posting in any forum. Avatars/profile pictures must be in good taste. This means no vulgar or violent images, pornography, sexually suggestive, nudity or profanity. Avatars that are found to be inappropriate will be edited or removed at the discretion of the webmaster.

Members may have only one account/username on this forum. There is no need to have more than one, being caught with more than one member name/account will mean immediate banning of user and all of their accounts.

Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in banning.

If a thread has been either closed or moved and you have a question about where your topic went, please email the webmaster before starting a new topic asking where it went, or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide inform you of the new location, or a reason why it was closed and/or removed.
