@TheProselytiser Bloody hell @Telstra - an internet outage AGAIN??You're so unreliable I have to have an Optus mobile in case of emergencies (Telstra refuse to invest in a mobile transmitter in our area.) If I ever move somewhere with an option NOT to have Telstra it'll be a happy day!

@CoachLisaA Seriously @medibank I am waiting for a direct message. I can inform you that @Telstra communicates directly with me when I have an issue? They are responsible and try to complete excellent customer service. I am NOT going to hang on to the phone for hours and listen to a robot!

@thatcsdude @Telstra It just shows this country isn’t anywhere near ready to fully embrace going all digital. Not only are your regular consumers unable to use the service but multiple businesses in my area are now closed due to their terminals not working for payment. Where is your system redundancy

@bigjazzz Hey @Telstra, every time I enter Macarthur Square in Campbelltown NSW I can no longer access data. It's only recently become an issue. I have to hotspot off my partner's @VodafoneAU service..... seems to be a common issue too.

We have no mobile phone access, so that's not an alternative. But satellite is more than double the price. Inequity. Only 40km from east coast.

@Dolgogi @HkgerRobin @Optus Depends what you want i guess. For me, Telstra is expensive, at least for my use. I live and work in the metro area, so signal isn't an issue. And the few places I go outside that area, Optus covers me. If you don't care about superfast 5G, then you might be happy with Voda

@LifeOptus2113 Hey @Telstra when will your customers getting full uninterrupted coverage from Hornsby to Wynyard on the north shore train line? There is also capacity issues along this route when internet just stops working even with moderate 4G/5G coverage. We pay a premium for this network.

@scottbstacey Dealing with @Telstra really has become the most soul destroying exercise. 2 weeks of NBN issues, 2 cancelled tech appointments in that time, 7 hours on the phone with 22 different people and still no resolution. BUT! Many texts telling me to contact them for help. The worst!

@Whatsername_xXx @MGliksmanMDPhD @Telstra I recommend Aussie broadband. They are great. We use a lot of internet in my house and any issues we've had Aussie have been fantastic in fixing. We're out in the country so ensuring service is important. Calling them is easy, and they're always upfront about what they can offer

@voidcow @Telstra Internet connection. We were sent out a new modem because the last one started having some problems after an unexpected power outage, but since plugging in and setting up the new modem, we've lost WiFi connection and our NBN box only has 1 green light on it, the power light.

@oldjoeschmo @adamofsmeg My NBN has been via Vodafone going on 4 years with no issues. The router has built in SIM for when NBN is down. Phone is with Catch Connect {Optus network) last 4 yrs, but with no eSIM support yet, I'll be moving to kogan (Vodafone n'work). 2nd SIM is with Aldi (Telstra).

@EmilyGreenaway7 @adamofsmeg I use aldi mobile for phone which goes off the telstra towers but the deals are cheap tbh. Can be sometimes slower in more remote areas but it’s fine. We also use telstra 5G internet $85 for 1000gb, rarely have an issue

@Klavinmour After 2 months of my internet actually working correctly (for the first time in YEARS), the past two days we've been having issues. My internet keeps dropping out every 20 minutes so sadly we can not stream until @Telstra or @NBN_Australia fix it.
