Our Rome transfers use luxury limousine cars, van, minibus and bus coach travel up to 56 seats. The given fare is per vehicle and not per person. The transfers shown are from both Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci and Ciampino Airports to the central Rome Hotels or to Civitavecchia harbour. All services provided are private trasfers. The car is not shared with other passengers not included in your reservation.

Due to Italian laws regulations, please count all passengers no matter how young they are. No payment needed for the booking: you directly pay to the driver after the transportation. Payment accepted in Euro cash or by major Credit Cards.

Our Fare includes

All taxes, tolls and local charges, meeting inside the terminal, pick up charges, flight monitoring.
Fully licensed driver and vehicle.
A luggage allowance of 1-2 large suitcase or 2-3 medium suitcases and 1 small piece of hand luggage per passenger.
if you are a party of 4 traveling with baggage, please book a van because a normal limousine can not accommodate four passengers with big luggage.
If your groups has more luggage or large items such as golf clubs or bikes we recommend you specify these special request in your reservation.
On request child seat is provided free of charge.

There are no delayed flight supplements.

Extras to add to your fare

From 21:00 to 07:00 35% night fare supplement.
There are no other extras to be added to the fare. The price quoted is fully inclusive of all extras. You may tip the driver if you wish but this is totally optional.

We are able to accept reservations up to 1 days prior to arrival in Rome. On completing the reservation process you will be given an online confirmation for you to print and to bring with you during your trip.
