Åsa Nordgren

Sopran med Operaexamen från Teaterhögskolan i Göteborg.
Sjunger i olika konstellationer vid teatrar, operor och konserthus i Europa.
Turnerar med kvartetten Pavarotti Singers i program med allt från Tosti, Tosca och Traviata till Musical och Wagnerprogram. Norsk-Svenska duon Göteborgs Opera Duo, med Sopran & Harpa, spelar t.ex programmet Kärlek & Puccini med Italiensk opera, barnoperan Harpetussa och nutida musik i samarbete med kompositörer i Norden. Åsa samarbetar med kompositörer av nutida musik och ljudkonst i grupper såsom Ghost Inside Ghost och Äsping. Komponerar och framför opera i Spatial Opera Company som bl.a. vunnit Litauens statliga pris The Golden Cross Award för bästa opera.
Samarbetar i olika program med pianisterna Emma Runegård och Arne Murby.

Bland rollerna finns Floria Tosca (Tosca), Serpina (La Serva Padrona) Violetta (La Traviata) Lucia (Lucia di Lammermoor), Nattens Drottning & Första Damen (Trollflöjten) och Carlotta (The Phantom of the Opera).

Soprano with a degree in Opera from The University of Music and Drama in Gothenburg. She sings in different constellations at theaters, opera houses and concert halls in Europe. Tours with Gothenburg Opera Duo and the quartet Pavarotti Singers. Collaborates with composers of New Music and Sound-Art in ensembles such as Ghost Inside ghost and Äsping. Composes and Performs with the international and awarded company Spatial Opera Company. Works with different musicians in a variety of programs from Opera and Musical to Opera-jazz.

Parts such as Floria Tosca (Tosca), Serpina (La Serva Padrona), Violetta (La Traviata), Lucia (Lucia di Lammermoor), The Queen of the Night (The Magic Flute) and Carlotta (The Phantom of the Opera).
